**Position Summary**

This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for entering orders into our system in a timely manner.

**Essential Responsibilities**

* Data entry of orders utilizing our systems.

* Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

* Sort and Organize paperwork after entering data.

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

* Works closely with the Customer Service and Dispatch department to ensure the accurate execution of order entry.

* Other duties as assigned

**Key Performance Indicators:**

* Quantity of Orders received and processed

* 95% Perfect Order Performance

**Minimum Experience and Qualifications**

* 6 months experience in warehouse customer service

* 6 months of experience of transportation

* Bi-Lingual a plus

* Strong organizational skills

* Strong team building and interpersonal skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly

* Ability to keep tight deadlines

**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**

* Knowledge of Drayage or Transportation Industry

* Strong analytical skills

* Regular attendance and punctuality

* Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice

* Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance

* Computer and other office equipment

**Work Environment:**

* Normal Office Environment

* Willing to work after hours when needed
